ISMS - DYI project

You can find a lot of "experts" on Information Security Management System (ISMS) where most of them never really managed any information/cybersecurity.

These are mostly marketing guys writing pieces on security (with background on and then a few coders or software houses that see the potential in ISMS as a shrink-wrapped product.

What if I told you that you can, actually you should build your own ISMS? It is easier than you think and I don't mean some complicated MS Excel file with dozens of worksheets.

If you are a bit of tinkerer you can quite easily build your own tool using commonly available technologies or open-source products. For example, TiddlyWiki or Redmine.
