Beside providing guidance for for hiring and becoming cybersecurity leaders (existing or prospects) I am active in the following areas:

• introducing security management programs such as compliance, certifications and audits (GRC, ISMS, ISO 27001),
  • that includes all the required documentation, and
  • own custom-made tools (from open-source, built-to-fit)
• security awareness and training for:
  • management,
  • end-users, and
  • techies (sysadmins, web designers, helpdesk).
• implementing technical cybersecurity processes and/or solutions, such as but not limited to:
  • vulnerability and patch management,
  • secure deployment of web servers,
  • antispam protection,
  • PAW (Privileged Access Workstations),
  • SIEM/SEM,
  • SAST (source code assessment)

None of the services listed above is a shrink-wrapped product - all is done in a given context and thus custom. You will get what YOU need not what was good for someone else.
