Approach
I am not a corporation with tons of one-size-fits-all templates therefore my approach is different.
The way I work is not by templates or schemes: first I will find out what is your (future) environment like, then what it is expected from your role and finally we will, together, identify which skills you most likely need to enhance.
We will set the whole guidance around this - what you in that specific role need to know, master and demonstrate.
I cut through buzzwords and vendor hype, instead I will teach you what really matters: technology matters, but leadership, communication, and organizational alignment matter more. Cybersecurity typically succeeds or fails through people not through technologies.
My approach summed up

- structured — I use maturity models, competency frameworks, and proven assessment methods,
- realistic — no jargon, no fancy stuff, just my own experience (as a recruiter and as a job candidate),
