About Me
20+ Years in Cybersecurity. Manager, Practitioner, Mentor, Tool Developer.
I’ve spent more than two decades working in cybersecurity across global organizations, helping companies secure their environments and helping leaders grow into the roles their organizations depend on.
During this time, I have served as:
- A cybersecurity manager and strategist in international enterprises
- A mentor and advisor to future cybersecurity leaders
- A guide for HR and executive teams navigating complex hiring challenges
- A practitioner with hands-on experience in risk, governance, engineering, and architecture
My background includes both technical understanding and leadership experience, supported by industry-leading certifications:
- CISSP – Broad security architecture & leadership
- CISM – Management, governance, enterprise risk
- CISA – Audit, controls, compliance
- CSSLP – Secure software development lifecycle
- CCSP – Cloud security architecture & governance
Among other things I have also acquired some specific competences in ISMS and risk assessment, such as being trained as a ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and a IRAM Methodology (ISF) specialist.
This blend of practical experience and structured theoretical knowledge enables me to interpret what organizations really need — and what candidates must really demonstrate.
